San Diego Home/Garden Cover: Discovery Tower @ Cortez Hill

Challenge- The owners purchased an adjacent condo with the desire to merge these 2 distinct units into 1 luxurious 3400sf residence.

Solution- We adhered to strict HOA guidelines and complex building department reviews (which demanded minimal changes to the high-rise building) in order to merge these 2 units. By carefully reconfiguring the floor plan to eliminate duplicity while enhancing amenities such as a master spa with steam shower and top of the line Miele appliances (featuring salt water softening dishwashers and steam ovens) - visitors never even suspect that this open, flowing custom residence used to be 2 smaller "cookie cutter" units.
