We presented Todd Brazzon with an almost impossible challenge, asking him to design a 6 bedroom home for us on our small, triangular shaped lot, and it had to meet our unusual design aesthetic and incorporate several universal design elements. Expanding and renovating a landmark home is full of unique challenges from dealing with the city's historic review departments to maintaining the integrity of the original home. We chose Brazzon Danek architecture because they understood the nuances of the project and were sensitive to preserving the home's historic nature. The end result was a home in which it is nearly impossible to tell what was built in 1922 and what was built nearly 90 years later.
